Procurement Specialist; Retail Fit

Descrizione azienda Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new Procurement Specialist to join its Procurement Team, at the Dubai offices.

The new colleague, reporting to the Procurement Manager, will carry out the following activities:

• Executing category management strategies to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and expanding a resilient supplier base, through proactive global and domestic sourcing;
• Identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new suppliers to strengthen supply continuity, reduce risks, and enhance competitive advantage;
• Leading formal Request for Information, Proposal and Quote processes, while negotiating pricing and contractual terms to secure best-in-class agreements;
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing comprehensive procurement contracts, in alignment with business objectives;
• Regularly monitoring costs related to procurement activities;
• Collaborating with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve supplier quality and delivery issues using preventive and corrective action methodologies;
• Overseeing Procure-to-Pay activities, monitoring budgets, reporting savings and compliance metrics, and ensuring strict adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Previous work experience in a similar role of at least 2 years, ideally from Packaging and Gifting, Interior Fit-out or Luxury Industries;
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven expertise in negotiation, contracting, PO issuance, and vendor performance management;
• Proficiency with Excel and major e-procurement and ERP platforms (e.g. SAP);
• Fluency in English;
• Willingness to travel in Middle East, Africa and India;
• Positive and flexible attitude, with teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have: knowledge of Italian and/or Arabic will be considered a plus.
