We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused B2B Consultant (Executive) to drive business growth by building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, identifying collaboration opportunities, and managing end-to-end partnership execution to maximize value creation and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage new partners across key industries to enhance business growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Act as the main liaison between the company and its partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure alignment with business goals, profitability, and mutual value creation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations) for the successful implementation of partnership strategies.
- Track, monitor, and analyze partnership performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry insights.
- Represent the company at client meetings, events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and maintain a high level of engagement.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, consultative sales, business development, or client relations.
- Experience in consulting, legal, or financial services is a plus.
- Proven track record of establishing and managing successful partnerships.
- Home-country experience is acceptable.
Non-Negotiable Skills / Must Haves:
- Proven experience in partnership development or relationship management.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- High integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.
- Hands-on experience with market engagement and partnership management.
