, working closely with HR leaders and business decision-makers.
We are looking for a Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to help us generate leads, build relationships, and secure recruitment mandates
. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy, proactive, and skilled in Linked In networking, email outreach, and business development.
All necessary tools and training will be provided, but candidates must be highly computer literate, comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, and eager to learn new software and integrations.
Responsibilities- Identify and connect with HR Directors, CEOs, and hiring managers on Linked In.
- Send highly targeted Linked In connection requests & personalised messages to engage prospects.
- Nurture relationships and set up introductory calls for the recruitment team.
- Engage with HR & business decision-makers' posts to boost visibility.
- Build and manage an email outreach campaign to HR leaders and CEOs
. - Write and send value-driven email sequences to generate interest in recruitment services.
- Track email engagement and follow up consistently to secure calls.
3. Content Creation & Social Selling Strategy
- Work with the team to create Linked In content that positions the firm as an industry leader.
- Share case studies, industry hiring trends, and expert insights to engage decision-makers.
- Help manage Linked In newsletters, articles, and discussions in relevant groups.
4. CRM, SEO, & Website Maintenance
- Track all outreach activity using Google Sheets, Hub Spot, or Apollo.io
. - Maintain an updated list of HR & CEO contacts with engagement status.
- Basic knowledge of SEO & website editing is an advantage (training provided).
The role offers a USD 250 base salary
, plus a 5% commission on every recruitment mandate secured
.
Additional KPI-based bonuses are awarded for achieving key performance targets, such as securing 5+ bookings per day with targeted hiring managers.
High performers can also earn performance bonuses for closing multiple recruitment placements per month, as well as long-term retention bonuses.
Potential Earnings Breakdown:
- Entry-Level Performance: USD 850/month
- Average Performance: USD 2,250/month
- High Performance: USD 3,750/month
All tools and training providedcandidates must be tech-savvy and eager to learn.
Requirements- Experience in B2B Lead Generation & Business Development (Preferably in Recruitment, HR, or Consulting).
- Strong Linked In networking & outreach skills (Experience using Linked In Sales Navigator is a plus).
- Excellent writing skills for crafting Linked In messages & email outreach
. - Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software/tools quickly
. - Mandatory knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, and integrations).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Apollo.io, or similar) to manage prospects.
- Ability to follow up persistently and nurture client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
