The platform is designed to create mutual value through strategic partnerships, targeted exposure, and revenue-driven collaborations.
Role Description
This is a commission-based role for a Business Development Executive – Pharma Partnerships at Divine Management.
The role focuses on acquiring and managing partnerships with pharmaceutical companies in the GCC market, acting as the key driver for onboarding pharma partners onto the Divine Influence platform.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Proven experience in pharma sales.
- Strong, existing relationships within pharmaceutical companies in the GCC.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven, commission-based role.
- Strong understanding of partnership-based business models.
- High level of professionalism and commercial awareness.
- Experience in Business Operations and Account Management
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Prior knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industries is highly advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage an existing network of pharmaceutical companies and industry stakeholders in the GCC.
- Identify, approach, pitch, and close partnership deals with pharma companies.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
- Achieve defined sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure commercial deals and partnership agreements.
- Contribute directly to the growth and monetization of the Divine Influence platform.
Salary:
Commission-based role.
Earnings are directly tied to partners onboarded, deals closed, and revenue generated.
