Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha, Dubai & Courtyard by Marriott Dubai World Trade Centre is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Cluster Purchasing Officer to support procurement operations for both of the properties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage purchasing activities for both hotels in line with Marriott standards and brand policies
- Source, negotiate and maintain relationships with approved suppliers and vendors
- Ensure timely procurement of concerned departments
- Monitor inventory levels, cost control and purchase order accuracy
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Coordinate closely with all of departments
- Prepare reports related to purchasing and supplier performance
- With At least 1 year of previous experience in a Purchasing or Procurement role within hospitality (cluster experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hotel purchasing systems and processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, experience with Marriott systems is an advantage
- Ability to work independently across multiple properties
- Knowledge of the UAE supplier market is highly desirable
