We’re looking for a senior luxury travel leader to step into a brand-new role and take ownership of building a global luxury supply function from the ground up.
This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial operator from the luxury travel sector who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, shaping strategy, and turning complex, high-touch travel products into scalable, sellable experiences.
This role will not include contracting or negotiating with Hoteliers but Contracting and managing premium suppliers such as DMCs, villas, yachts, small ships, and bespoke experiences
What you’ll be responsible for:- Setting the global direction for luxury supply across key international destinations
- Contracting and managing premium suppliers such as DMCs, villas, yachts, small ships, and bespoke experiences
- Owning commercial performance including GTV, revenue, and margin delivery
- Building and guiding a large, indirect team spanning supply and fulfilment
- Establishing supplier standards, commercial frameworks, and service-level expectations
- Working closely with sales and commercial teams to ensure product-market fit
- Travelling internationally to global offices, partners, and industry events
- Senior leaders with extensive experience in luxury travel supply or product
- Background in top-tier DMCs, luxury tour operators, or curated travel businesses
- Strong experience managing complex supplier negotiations and limited inventory
- Exposure to multi-destination, international portfolios
- A hands-on, commercial mindset with a builder’s mentality
You’ll have the chance to shape a global luxury platform, influence how premium travel is delivered at scale, and relocate to Dubai with full support — all while working in a role that offers genuine ownership and impact.
