Tactical
- Identify sales trends, risks, and opportunities across channels, regions, customers, brands, and SKUs.
- Provide actionable recommendations to support sales strategy and decision-making.
- Support sales leadership with ad-hoc analysis and executive-level insights.
- Analyze sales performance by channel, region, customer, brand, and SKU.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI 365 dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Track KPIs including sales growth, market share, distribution, promotions, trade spend, and profitability.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all sales reports.
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and business review materials.
- Support sales forecasting, budgeting, target-setting, and variance analysis.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Work closely with IT, Sales, and Commercial teams to integrate data from ERP, CRM, and distributor systems.
- Standardize sales reporting formats and KPIs across the organization.
- Continuously improve data processes to minimize errors and enhance reporting quality.
