The Amazon University Talent Acquisition Team is looking for ambitious students to join us as a Program Manager Intern, working in core businesses including Retail, Amazon Operations, Amazon Vendor Services, Merchant Services, Prime Video, Prime Now, Amazon Fresh, and Amazon Advertising.
ResponsibilitiesKey job responsibilities:
As a Program Manager Graduate you will join one of our business intelligence, retail, or seller services teams. The role provides an opportunity to understand Amazon business and processes, enhance analytical skills, and make significant business impact. As an intern, you will be matched to a mentor. In addition to learning about an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship.

Internship details- Internship length can vary between 3 months to 6 months
- UAE national with family book
- Currently enrolled in or will graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, e-commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Available to commence an internship between January and December 2026. Start dates are flexible; 3-6 months full time (40h/week)
- Preferred qualifications are not required to apply; if you have all the basic qualifications above, we’d love to hear from you

- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
