• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement product planning strategies to align with the company's business objectives.

• Monitor the product lifecycle and recommend improvements or updates to enhance competitiveness.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in product planning, product management, or a related role in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
