• Partner primarily with seller base and relevant teams to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of ads performance on the platform
• Work with sales and operations team to build automated reporting and business intelligence solutions
• Conduct Ad-hoc & Deep dive analysis that helps the business better understand key value drivers and growth opportunities
• Collect, process, and clean data from disparate sources using SQL, Python, and BI tools to investigate key business trends, issues, and opportunities

• A deep understanding of the industry's issues & modus operandi
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
• Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
• Strong bias for Action - noon works at a very rapid pace
