Overview

Salary:
Up to AED 18,000 (Based on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts within the Tents, Events, and Fit-Out industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions for events, exhibitions, and temporary structures
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through account expansion and upselling
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and repeat projects
  • Assist in proposal preparation, pricing coordination, and contract documentation
  • Coordinate with operations, design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and client approvals
  • Handle client queries, change requests, and post-project follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project status
  • Provide regular updates on account performance, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and commercial terms
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role within Tents / Events / Fit-Out / Exhibition / Temporary Structures industry
  • Strong experience handling multiple client accounts and live projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
