Projects Coordinator

Charterhouse is working with a forward-thinking educational research and innovation hub in Dubai that is looking to hire a Projects Coordinator to join their innovation and learning team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and play a critical role in shaping the future of education and learning environments through well-executed pilot projects and prototypes.

• The Projects Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating institutional-wide innovation initiatives, ensuring projects are well-scoped, timelines are realistic, resources are in place, and outcomes are captured.
• Coordinate logistics, maintain thorough documentation, and facilitate feedback cycles to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Prepare summaries and reports for leadership and board meetings, collaborate across teaching, learning, and operations teams, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices to strengthen the institution’s innovation culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Education, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the education or innovation sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or MS Project, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated adaptability, systems thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
