We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated "Sales Account Manager" with over 10 years of expertise in Intellectual Property Management, Trademarks, and Patents sector
. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our market presence in the intellectual property space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales activities for intellectual property solutions, including trademarks, patents, and related services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with key clients in the intellectual property sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a dynamic sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, specifically in the Intellectual Property, Trademarks, and Patents sector.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with exceptional leadership capabilities.
