Sales and Marketing Specialist

A multinational company based in Dubai is currently recruiting a sales and marketing specialist having 3-5 years of experience marketing related activities. This role reports to the sales manager.

• Support the sales and marketing team in executing day-to-day activities.
• Communicate with local and international clients and partners via e‑mail, phone, and meetings.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Help manage and grow relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
• Translate documents and communicate between Japanese and English, where needed.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as required.
• Coordinate logistics and documentation related to international trade.

Fluent English and Japanese is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or international business. Certification or additional training in international trade or marketing is a plus.
• Two to three years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience in trading companies, logistics, or multinational environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical skills:
  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding of trade documentation.

• Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Japanese.

• Available to occasionally travel within the UAE or overseas.
