This role involves strategic sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that all procurement activities align with company objectives. - Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to guide decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.
- Participate in budgeting and financial analysis related to procurement activities.
- Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to enhance team performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful supplier agreements.
- Excellent understanding of supply chain management and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for supplier management.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
