Senior Procurement Manager

We are hiring for a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement for key projects in the data center sector. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role, responsible for driving procurement strategy, tender management, vendor engagement, and contract execution to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in compliance with governance standards.

• Lead the implementation of strategic procurement goals, policies, processes, and controls across projects.
• Develop and execute tender plans to support commercial and strategic objectives.
• Conduct market and supply chain analysis, pre‑qualification of vendors, and provide recommendations to support projects.
• Act as lead procurement representative for all packages, coordinating tender evaluation, negotiations, awards, and contract execution.
• Ensure adherence to procurement governance, company policies, and best‑practice standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and finance to establish procurement schedules and optimize spend.
• Lead, mentor, and guide internal procurement teams and stakeholders to maximize performance.
• Provide training and guidance on procurement processes, challenge gaps or omissions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Seek best‑value solutions for services, works, and goods, from routine purchases to large‑scale infrastructure and technology projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or related field; CIPS qualification preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior procurement role, ideally in data centers, government, large‑scale development, or consultancy/advisory environments.
• Regional experience in the Middle East or international exposure is advantageous.
• In‑depth knowledge of procurement processes, tender management, and construction lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work independently or lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver complex procurement outcomes.
• Strong technical proficiency in MS Office 360 (Word, Excel, Teams) and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
