Job DescriptionAlmosafer is seeking a dynamic and independent individual with experience in data analysis and business intelligence to join our ever‑growing team. This individual will support data retrieval, reporting, and strategy for Almosafer. You will contribute to analyzing business trends, automating reports, and providing clear insights to help the team make informed decisions and optimize performance.
Responsibilities- Analyzing data and converting it into digestible business intelligence and actionable insights to support business decision making.
- Ability to write high‑quality SQL codes to retrieve and analyze data.
- Handling the large data sets, automating data extraction, and building monitoring/reporting dashboards.
- Act as the primary link between data providers and decision‑makers to ensure information flows smoothly.
- Analyzing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward‑looking opportunities.
- Communicating complex analysis and insights to our stakeholders and business leaders.
- Enabling effective decision‑making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Should be open to learning and developing skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques.
- Driving the operational efficiency of marketing acquisition channels by identifying performance gaps and realigning resources toward high‑growth opportunities.
- A proactive mindset capable of managing the full funnel marketing campaigns ensuring both seamless execution and data‑driven optimization.
- 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
- A unique blend of technical, analytical, and business savvy to drive informed decision‑making.
- Expert command of SQL and experience with automated visualisation tools (like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet skills and the ability to handle large, complex data sets with precision.
- Ability to translate technical data into simple business recommendations that drive growth.

- Strong ability to present findings clearly to both technical teams and business leadership.
