Description
  • Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Analytics Strategy Partner.
  • Analytics Strategy Partner develops client‑specific, performance‑improving recommendations using data‑driven insights and storytelling, collaborating closely with Account Managers to ensure direct impact on client performance outcomes and sustainable commercial growth
  • The Analytics Strategy Partner acts as the bridge between Analytics, Product, and Commercial, enabling revenue growth through data‑led insights, product adoption, and value storytelling and ensuring clients unlock value through the platform.
  • The role is accountable for turning data into commercial narratives that demonstrate product value, ROI, and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with the enterprise clients while acting as a thought partner to support their growth.
  • Build renewal and upsell value decks, in coordination with account managers, with opportunities to improve customer performance
    • Create data driven commercial narratives and storylines that drive growth opportunities within all customer segments
    • Enable Commercial teams with fact‑based differentiation and objection handling
  • Articulate product value through data, tailored to different stakeholder personas
    • Diagnose adoption gaps and usage friction using data and behavioral insights
    • Highlight opportunities both internally and at a client facing level to show how customers can maximize ROI
    • Convert account plans into product‑driven adoption strategies, aligned to customer goals
  • Translates data into actionable insights for Commercial teams and customers, enabling informed decisions and commercial impact.
    • Conducts competitive benchmarking using product usage, performance, and market data to identify differentiation and growth opportunities
    • Delivers high‑priority analytical requests and reporting for the Commercial team, ensuring timely, accurate, and decision‑ready outputs.
Desired Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in Consulting, Business Analytics or Technology Sales / Rev Ops
  • Commercial enablement roles within a reputable technology company or a top‑tier management consulting firm
    - E.g. Client development in Consulting Firms
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight
    • Proven ability to build models, value frameworks, and executive‑ready decks
    • Having an eye on detail, immediately picking up issues and data quality problems
  • Experience in client facing consulting, commercial analytics, or commercial enablement roles
    • Experience in putting together presentations for senior audiences with a storyline
    • Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
    • Clear, confident communicator with strong storytelling skills
  • A dynamic, focused and self‑motivated person with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross‑functionally
Fluency in English Required Educational Qualification
  • Graduate degree from top tier institute - IITs, NITs, BITS, DTU, NSIT, PEC etc
  • Post Graduate degree (preferably) from - IIMs, XLRI, ISB, SPJain, MDI
