Required:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver project proposals, presentations, and quotations in coordination with the design and technical teams.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to contract closing.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the interior design or fit‑out industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the real estate, construction, and design sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driving license
- 5+ years of Architecture and Interior Design Industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development
- Preferred Nationality: European or American
Working Days &
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Commission structure applicable as per project closure
