General Manager – Heavy Fabrication & Architectural Metal (Dubai)

CEO / COO
We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, financial performance, and strategic growth for our heavy fabrication & architectural metal division. This role oversees production, sales, estimation, projects, procurement, accounts, HR, and full ODOO ERP integration.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Manage fabrication, machining, welding, finishing & installation operations.
- Oversee sales, pricing, tendering, and key client relationships.
- Drive project execution from award to handover—on time & within budget.
- Optimize procurement, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Lead HR functions, KPIs, performance management & workforce development.
- Manage and enhance ODOO ERP across manufacturing, sales, inventory, finance, HR & projects.
- Strong expertise in structural steel, architectural metal, aluminum & stainless steel fabrication.
- Advanced ODOO ERP proficiency.
- Bachelor's in mechanical/production/industrial engineering.
- MBA preferred.
- 12–20+ years in heavy fabrication/architectural metal.
- 5+ years in senior leadership.
- ODOO ERP experience is highly advantageous.
