The Business Manager will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and promoting the company’s staffing and workforce solutions. This role requires strong industry knowledge, relationship‑building skills, and the ability to understand client hiring needs across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities 1. New Client Acquisition- Identify and target potential clients across industries for staffing and recruitment services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media outreach, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring challenges and propose tailored staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, escalations, and service delivery coordination.
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in business development within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of temporary staffing, permanent hiring, contract staffing, and RPO models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).
- Existing client network in IT, non‑IT, BFSI, retail, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.
- Experience working with ATS/CRM systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong problem‑solving and consultative selling approach.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Revenue generated from new and existing accounts.
