PCA specializes in omnichannel distribution and fulfillment within the beauty category. Al Azur is PCA’s dedicated Middle East entity, responsible for launching, managing, and scaling global and regional beauty brands across online, wholesale, and physical channels in the region.
The RoleWe are seeking a Brand & Commercial Operations Manager to own and execute the day‑to‑day operational and commercial performance of beauty brands in the Middle East. This is a hands‑on, execution‑driven role that combines brand management, marketplace execution, wholesale coordination, and operational readiness. The role requires daily, in‑person collaboration with local teams and partners and must be performed from our Dubai office, five days per week.
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
, as the role involves daily coordination with regional partners, distributors, warehouses, and Arabic‑speaking stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and launch of global and regional beauty brands in the Middle East
- Coordinate product data, content, assets, certifications, and documentation
- Ensure brands are fully launch‑ready across online and wholesale channels
- Maintain consistent brand positioning and presentation
- Execute across key channels including Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central), Noon, Tik Tok Shop, TEMU, Shein, Ali Express, and wholesale accounts
- Manage product listings, content updates, and ongoing optimizations
- Support promotions, launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Track sales performance and prepare clear, actionable reports
- Work closely with warehouses, logistics partners, and distributors to ensure inventory flow and availability
- Act as the local, in‑office operational point of contact in Dubai
- Support wholesale execution and regional partner coordination
- Identify and resolve operational issues impacting availability, timing, or performance
- Collaborate daily with marketing, design, operations, and business development teams
- Coordinate with international teams and external vendors
- Support regional expansion and growth initiatives
- Must be based in Dubai and available to work in‑office 5 days per week
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory (spoken); written Arabic is a strong plus
- 3 years of strong hands‑on experience in commercial operations, e‑commerce, or brand execution
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central (FBA & FBM)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and execution skills
- Comfortable managing multiple brands, platforms, and priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and performance tracking
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Valid UAE residency and legal eligibility to work in the UAE
- Experience with beauty, personal care, or CPG brands
- Exposure to marketplaces such as Noon, Tik Tok Shop, TEMU, Shein, or Ali Express
- Experience working with warehouses, logistics partners, or distributors
- Familiarity with marketplace onboarding, compliance, and regional documentation
- Marketing exposure (PPC, paid media, influencer, affiliate) is a plus
