Commercial Operations, Delivery & Executive Support Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Operations, Delivery & Executive Support Specialist to strengthen day-to-day commercial operations by ensuring consistent delivery execution, structured follow-up, and operational discipline. The role addresses increasing delivery complexity, courier coordination needs, and the requirement for reliable executive support in tracking decisions and execution. This position will act as a central operational reference point, reducing operational risk, improving delivery reliability, and freeing management capacity for strategic priorities.
KeyTasks & Expected Results
The role is responsible for:
- Coordinating daily with the courier and last-mile delivery partners
- Actively tracking delivery status, timelines, and assigned couriers
- Resolving delayed, failed, or escalated delivery cases
- Managing customer delivery-related inquiries and claims while protecting company interests
- Verifying courier invoices against agreed rates and completed deliveries
- Supporting the execution of commercial and operational actions for the Commercial Manager
- Documenting daily operational meetings, assigning actions, and tracking completion
- Providing operational backup during absences to ensure continuity
Expected results include improved delivery reliability, faster issue resolution, cost control on courier spends, and disciplined execution of operational decisions.
Reporting Line & Key Interactions- Reports to: Commercial Manager
- Key interactions: Courier companies, customer support, finance (invoice approval), operations teams, and senior management through structured reporting and meeting follow-up.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, including sales organization on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, or similar e-commerce platforms / online sales channels.
- Strong operational coordination and follow-up discipline
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage uneven, case-driven workload under pressure
- Clear communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners
- Problem-solving mindset with escalation judgment
- High reliability, resilience, and execution focus
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
