Business Development Executive will support the growth of the short-term rental portfolio by acquiring new properties, building strong owner relationships, and supporting commercial negotiations.
Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and onboard property owners, landlords, and investors for short-term rental management
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
- Pitch the company’s STR and revenue model clearly and confidently
- Support negotiations on management agreements, commercial terms, and onboarding conditions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective owners and referral partners
- Support partnerships with brokers, agencies, developers, and referral sources
- Participating in exhibitions, networking events, and property showcases
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets
- Conduct market research on rentals, ADRs, occupancy trends, and competitor offerings
- Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and performance reports
- Work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Support unit onboarding including documentation, compliance, and readiness timelines
- Ensure handover from BD to Operations is smooth and well-documented
- Ensure all client interactions and data are logged accurately in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Act as the voice of the owner in internal planning and strategy discussions.
- Experience
: 2-3 years in Business Development, Sales or relationship management - Industry Background
:
Hospitality, short-term rentals, property management, or real estate. - Proven experience in owner acquisition and commercial negotiations
- Exceptional communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
- UAE real estate experience is a strong advantage
- UAE Driving license and own vehicle is must
