Position: Holiday Homes - Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive will support the growth of the short-term rental portfolio by acquiring new properties, building strong owner relationships, and supporting commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard property owners, landlords, and investors for short-term rental management
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Pitch the company’s STR and revenue model clearly and confidently
  • Support negotiations on management agreements, commercial terms, and onboarding conditions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective owners and referral partners
  • Support partnerships with brokers, agencies, developers, and referral sources
  • Participating in exhibitions, networking events, and property showcases
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets
  • Conduct market research on rentals, ADRs, occupancy trends, and competitor offerings
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and performance reports
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Support unit onboarding including documentation, compliance, and readiness timelines
  • Ensure handover from BD to Operations is smooth and well-documented
  • Ensure all client interactions and data are logged accurately in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Act as the voice of the owner in internal planning and strategy discussions.
Qualifications
  • Experience
    : 2-3 years in Business Development, Sales or relationship management
  • Industry Background
    :
    Hospitality, short-term rentals, property management, or real estate.
  • Proven experience in owner acquisition and commercial negotiations
  • Exceptional communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)
  • UAE real estate experience is a strong advantage
  • UAE Driving license and own vehicle is must
