Business Development Manager

A fast-growing fintech firm based in the GCC, focused on delivering innovative payment and financial solutions across the region.

We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager who can open doors and bring business from day one. This is a pure hunting role.

You must come with an active book of business and strong relationships in the UAE market. The ideal candidate comes from a payment gateway or payments background and understands the fintech landscape.

This role is for someone who is a self-starter, highly driven, and comfortable working independently.

• Generate new business opportunities across the UAE
• Leverage your existing network to win new clients
• Build and manage relationships at multiple levels (C-level, finance, operations, technical teams)
• Identify, approach, and close new merchants and partners
• Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

• Currently based in the UAE
• Proven experience in business development within fintech or payment gateways
• Strong existing book of contacts in the UAE market
• Demonstrated track record of closing new business
• Hunter mindset – proactive, persistent, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
