We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator (UAE National) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various projects by facilitating communication, managing timelines, and coordinating resources across different departments.
- Experienced in report formatting
- Experienced in MS Word, Excel and PPT
- Experience in CAD
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
- Manage project‑related administrative tasks, including scheduling, expense tracking, and document control
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
- UAE National with a family book status is required for this position
- University degree in business administration
- 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, project dashboard etc.)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
