Business Development Intern

Sands is looking for a Business Development Intern to join our growth team and support partnerships, lead generation, and B2B relationship management.

This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Dubai, UAE
. You will support the Head of Business Development & Partnerships by helping manage partner relationships, identifying new opportunities, reaching out to leads, coordinating meetings, supporting contract processes, and assisting with events, activations, and photoshoots.

• Support day‑to‑day business development and partnership activities
• Conduct market research and identify new B2B opportunities
• Generate, qualify, and reach out to leads (email, calls, Linked In)
• Maintain CRM, lead databases, and pipeline trackers
• Assist with proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow‑ups
• Support partnership contract documentation and onboarding
• Assist with events, activations, and photoshoot logistics

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset
• Interest in business development, partnerships, and lead generation
• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in a business‑related field preferred
• Fluent English required (Arabic or French is a plus)
• CRM / Microsoft Office / Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
