The role drives IPMI commercial growth in the UAE by building strong relationships with leading brokers and major multinational clients. It leads complex tenders and high‑value negotiations to secure corporate and global mobility opportunities. The position delivers market and competitor insights to influence broker strategies and client benefit decisions. It ensures full compliance with all regulatory and data protection standards while promoting a high‑performance, sales‑driven culture at Bupa.
WhatYou Will Do
- Lead corporate new business strategy and drive profitable IPMI growth across the UAE market
- Build and deepen relationships with top brokers and MNC clients to maximise high‑value acquisition
- Manage and convert a strong pipeline of large‑corporate and global mobility opportunities
- Review and optimise profitability with brokers, ensuring strong commercial performance
- Promote Bupa’s propositions and differentiators to strengthen market positioning and win major tenders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining a high‑performance, sales‑driven culture
- 5+ years Sales experience, with proven Sales track record in the UAE Health Insurance and International PMI arena. Knowledge of new business processes are essential
- Knowledgeable in the UAE regulatory landscape
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent PC skills are essential including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to travel in the region as required
- Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills, and strategic mindset
- Excellent deal structuring and negotiation ability, with an analytical capability
- Excellent presentation skills, along with verbal and written communication ability
- Competent to work strategically with matrix partners across the business
- Good understanding of health insurance end-to-end value chain and risk management principles
- UAE residents are preferred
