ROLE:
Relationship Manager | Emiritization
- Manage and grow a portfolio of premium clients, ensuring high-touch relationship management and long-term retention.
- Drive customer engagement through loyalty, experience, and value-added initiatives.
- Background from real estate, hospitality, or customer-centric organizations with strong loyalty programs (e.g., aviation, retail, lifestyle brands).
- Proven ability to handle HNW or premium customer segments with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree. Excellent command over English language. Arabic and a third language will be a plus.
- Located in Dubai.
