As a Business Setup Advisor, you will assist individuals and organizations in establishing their business licenses. Your primary responsibility is to provide expert guidance and support to clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals while complying with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Handle and respond to sales inquiries from multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, in‑person visits, and referrals.
• Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients, ensuring their information is accurately recorded and updated in the CRM system.
• Guide clients through the business setup process, explaining suitable company structures, licensing options, eligibility requirements, and free zone regulations.
• Expand business opportunities by attending industry events, networking sessions, and business meetups.
• Mentor and support new consultants and business setup firms to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring seamless coordination with free zone authorities.
• Consistently meet and surpass assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor, assess, and improve sales performance.
• Stay well-informed about company services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the best solutions.
• Generate and present detailed monthly reports comparing sales achievements with lead generation data.
• Act as a liaison between the Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth processing of client requirements.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research through regular evaluations and mystery shopping.
• Deliver top‑tier customer service, guiding clients through every stage from inquiry to business incorporation and visa acquisition.
• Strive for high client conversion rates while ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear, accurate, and transparent information regarding services, fees, and regulatory obligations.
