- Lead the growth strategy for noon Food in the UAE, focusing on driving growth in traffic and transactions across the platform
- Own performance across key growth initiatives and channels, with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Define and execute the growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable impact and long-term value
- Conduct deep analysis of growth interventions, generate actionable insights, and recommend strategic decisions to leadership
- Build deep customer and market understanding across geographies to identify new growth opportunities
- Lead critical cross-functional projects and work closely with senior leadership to align on strategic priorities
- Provide regular market, competitor, and consumer insights to business stakeholders to inform strategy and execution
- Use structured problem-solving frameworks to diagnose business issues and design solutions
- Undertake competitive research, benchmarking, and market sizing for new initiatives
- Communicate insights effectively through presentations and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field from a top institution
- 6-8 years of professional experience in growth strategy, business strategy, management consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven experience leading growth strategy, strategic planning, and business transformation at a senior level
- Background in F&B / food delivery / dine-out/ consumer tech with a deep understanding of UAE market dynamics is preferred
- Experience working with senior executives to craft and implement strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive high-impact projects end-to-end
- Excellent analytical capabilities - Advanced Excel/ spreadsheet skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
