Reporting to the Operations Manager in Dubai, this role calls for a Western Educated Client Services professional to join this expanding team. The company is well known in the region and is enjoying a period of steady growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Account Manager in managing the client base through field work.
- Help clients seek new residential property, establish schooling options, and provide tours of Abu Dhabi.
- Provide Customer Service excellence and maintain open communication.
- Support accurate and efficient administrative tasks.
- At least three years local knowledge.
- Experience in expatriate environments considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in airlines, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Part‑time with flexible days; occasional full‑day work may be required to meet client demands.
