The role of a Business Development Manager is centered around strategic planning, relationship building, and driving business growth. The Business Development Manager will report into the Plant Growth Manager.

• Conduct comprehensive market research, identify and assess potential market opportunities, formulate and execute effective market entry strategies specially for the new market
• Support Growth Manager to establish and execute the growth strategy
• Identify high-quality sales leads, convert mature business opportunities, and transfer them to the sales team for follow-up
• Track industry trends and competitor activities
• Adjust strategies based on market dynamics and organizational objectives
• Provide input to product teams based on customer feedback and market demands
• Create go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans
• Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement growth strategies and plan
• Collaborate with other Business Areas to leverage their network and experience to explore new markets
• Enable Growth Manager for quick response and decision making for business activities

This role often involves interacting with clients and stakeholders from various industries and regions, providing a broad perspective and understanding of global market trends and needs.

You'll have the chance to build a strong professional network with experts in the fields of oil and gas, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and new energy industries.

By promoting software that helps in risk assessment and safety planning, you contribute to safer industrial operations and environmental protection.
