Business Development/Sales Experience In The BPO/Outsourcing Industry Is MUST

Role DetailsJob Description:
- Generate leads and acquire new clients for outsourcing/BPO services
- Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance
- 5+ years of Business Development/Sales experience in the BPO/Outsourcing industry, including a minimum of 3+ years in the UAE market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with international markets is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
