As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process of goods and services required for the company's daily operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and the timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities- Procurement Officer Develop and maintain the company's procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
- Identify and source the best suppliers of goods and services required by the company.
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of essential supplies.
- Collaborate with the finance department to establish and manage procurement budgets.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring that they deliver quality goods and services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to determine their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and report on procurement activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost-saving.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all procurement activities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and regulations.
