We are looking for a Digital Trading Assistant who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially curious to support the Digital Trading team in delivering data-driven insights and operational excellence.
In this role, you will play a key part in performance reporting, strategic analysis, and daily trading operations — working closely with the Digital Trading Manager to help shape long-term strategy while also supporting fast‑paced, day‑to‑day business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing Performance & Reporting- Produce, analyze, and report on KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly
- Monitor brand performance against targets and budgets
- Support the creation and distribution of standard and ad‑hoc analysis
- Identify macro trends impacting business performance
- Support the Digital Trading Manager in defining growth strategies
- Provide data insights and sizing for new initiatives and business cases
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations around business performance
- Help identify revenue‑generating opportunities through performance insights
- Partner with Digital Trading and Merchandising teams to improve assortment performance through data‑driven decisions
- Support weekly trade meetings by preparing insights and performance updates
- Help plan tactical actions for upcoming weeks
- Work with stakeholders to automate reports and performance alerts
- Collaborate with Commercial, Technology, Product, Business Operations, Growth, Finance, and Marketing teams
- Support UX improvements by identifying areas of opportunity across the website
- Conduct competitor analysis and share insights with the wider online team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment
- Experience in e‑commerce or retail is a strong advantage
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data tools
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear business insights
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
