AlHodood Technologies is a fast-growing ERP consultancy specialising in Odoo ERP implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients. We focus on delivering measurable ROI, operational control, and real business outcomes, not just software.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with proven experience in Odoo ERP sales.

This is a revenue-critical role for a closer, not a lead coordinator. The ideal candidate can own the sales cycle end-to-end, consistently achieve targets, and lead the sales team by example.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Odoo ERP sales across CRM, Accounting, HRMS, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, and custom solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed contracts
  • Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to build winning solutions
  • Lead and mentor the sales team with a performance-driven mindset
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and enterprise opportunities
  • Represent the company in client meetings, demos, and negotiations
Mandatory Requirements
  • 3–7+ years of ERP sales experience with strong exposure to Odoo
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in consultative, value-based selling
  • Exposure to mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Strong understanding of finance, operations, HR, and sales workflows
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Immediate joiners preferred
