The PMO / Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as the CEO’s execution partner — driving follow-ups on key initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring organizational priorities are translated into measurable outcomes. The role requires strong business acumen, analytical capability, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate with discretion and urgency.
Accountabilities: CEO Office & Strategic Support- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO in managing business priorities.
- Translate strategic discussions into structured action plans.
- Track progress on key initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare briefing notes, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Represent the CEO in meetings when required and capture key action points.
- Drive execution of CEO-led strategic initiatives across functions.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
- Conduct regular review meetings and track deliverables.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and elevate proactively.
- Maintain a central dashboard for key projects and KPIs.
- Analyze business performance data to generate insights.
- Develop structured presentations for Board / Management reviews.
- Build dashboards and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Convert raw data into actionable business recommendations.
- Develop high-quality executive presentations.
- Prepare business cases and strategic proposals.
- Draft internal communications on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in messaging.
- Coordinate with senior leadership and department heads.
- Ensure alignment across functions on CEO priorities.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure follow-ups are executed with accountability.
- Manage CEO calendar with strategic prioritization.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and confidential documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in: PMO, CEO Office, Business Analyst / Corporate Planning
- Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, financial tracking).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to develop executive-level presentations and board-ready materials.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Working knowledge of dashboarding and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI or equivalent).
- Understanding of KPI tracking, performance monitoring, and project governance frameworks.
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline across cross‑functional teams.
- Fluency in both English & Arabic languages.
