Celebrity Acquisition Officer
At Boutiqaat, our celebrity partnerships sit at the heart of how we connect brands with audiences are seeking a Celebrity Acquisition Officer to support the identification, onboarding, and management of celebrity and influencer partnerships that drive brand visibility, commercial performance, and long-term collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially aware, highly organized, and confident working with public figures, agencies, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Identify, source, and support the onboarding of celebrities and influencers aligned with Boutiqaat’s brand and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate the end-to-end celebrity acquisition process, from initial outreach and evaluation through contracting and onboarding.
- Liaise with celebrities, agents, managers, and agencies to support negotiations, availability, and campaign alignment.
- Support the management of contracts, deliverables, timelines, and documentation in coordination with internal legal and commercial teams.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of celebrity profiles, agreements, performance, and engagement history.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Content, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and celebrity ROI against agreed KPIs and business objectives.
- Ensure all celebrity partnerships align with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and company standards.
- Support relationship management to maintain strong, professional, and long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in celebrity relations, influencer management, talent acquisition, PR, or brand partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with high-profile stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of brand value, audience reach, and campaign performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or influencer management platforms is an advantage.
- Experience with in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or media is preferred.
