An international leading FX Broker is seeking a motivated and analytical CRM Specialist to manage and enhance CRM operations, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to customer growth and retention. The role requires a strong understanding of CRM workflows within the Forex or financial services sector and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CRM system, including implementation, maintenance, workflow configuration, and system upgrades to improve efficiency.
- Analyse customer data and behavioural patterns to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and streamlined customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Define, track, and report on CRM key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement advanced CRM strategies to retain and expand the existing customer base.
- Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes, recommending innovative solutions that enhance accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve processes, manage data, and recommend enhancements to the CRM system.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
- European nationals are preferred, due to market coverage and client base requirements.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Excel and strong MS Office skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM management, ideally within the Forex or financial industry.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and customer behaviour insights.
- High analytical ability with experience working with complex datasets and customer insights.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
- Adaptability to changing processes and future improvements.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and driven to contribute to a fast‑growing international organization.
