About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
Job Description:
- Support the full procurement cycle from sourcing and supplier selection to purchase order issuance, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Identify, negotiate, and build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to secure the best value in price, quality, and delivery.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast material needs, track deliveries, and ensure uninterrupted project progress.
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier performance, and inventory levels while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations, and coordinating with finance for accurate invoice processing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems ;
Knowledge of suppliers and market practices is an advantage - 3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in construction or real estate development
