It is also the parent company of multiple F&B concepts such as Social House, Karak House, Angelina, Gia, Markette, Two Bistro, Caya, Parka, Krema, Carpo, Ganache Chocolatier, The Good Hood Kitchen, and Klay by Karak under its umbrella.

Drive and grow corporate and events revenue while positioning Sweet Treats brands as a preferred partner for high-volume corporate gifting and events.

• Achieve the annual corporate sales revenue.
• Develop and manage corporate, government, and private sector accounts.
• Lead end-to-end corporate sales and events execution.
• Leverage strong database and industry contacts.
• Coordinate with operations, production, and merchandising teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

• Bachelor's degree in business, retail, or related field.
• 5–8 years’ experience in a reputable confectionery/food brand with strong corporate business.
• Proven leadership, people management, and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally & overseas.
• Flexible to work extended hours when required.
