• Be employee number one on the commercial side
• Design and build the entire provider growth strategy
• Shape pricing and subscription logic
• Work directly with the founder
• Real ownership in an early‑stage build

• Building the provider acquisition engine
• Designing onboarding workflows and SOPs
• Converting freemium providers to paid subscription
• Tracking CAC, LTV, churn and activation
• Identifying the right channels to reach decision makers
• Scaling supply before building a team underneath you

• Experience in a marketplace, aggregator or platform business
• Strong understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models
• Experience scaling supply, vendors or partners
• Confidence working in an early‑stage startup
• Ability to operate hands‑on while thinking strategically
