Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Recruitment & Staffing Solutions
. The role involves driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence. Candidates must have prior UAE experience in staffing/recruitment industry.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in recruitment & outsourcing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in BDM role within recruitment/staffing solutions
. - Mandatory UAE market experience
. - Strong client network and market knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
