Business and Data Analyst – Sales Operations

We are looking for a sharp Business and Data Analyst to join our sales team. You will be responsible for interpreting complex sales and performance data, conducting market research, and providing actionable insights to boost sales performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a story with data directly impacting our sales strategy and forecasting accuracy.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Performance Dashboards: Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, cost of sales, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
• Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Process Optimization: Analyze the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Strategic Insights: Present weekly/monthly reports to management highlighting sales performance, competitor analysis, and market trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (modeling, vlookups, pivot tables) and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Experience with CRM software
