Salary Range: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month

Role Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Business Development professional with proven experience in recruitment sales. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new recruitment clients, manage the complete sales cycle, and close deals successfully.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience engaging with HR leaders and hiring managers, presenting recruitment solutions, negotiating commercials, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

This is a target-oriented onsite role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients requiring recruitment services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual and face-to-face) to understand hiring requirements.
  • Present tailored recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial discussions.
Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Support collections and payment follow-ups where required.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
  • Proven track record of closing recruitment clients in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring models (contingency, retained, contract staffing).
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
