3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and technology partners for smart solutions products and services.

• Manage the entire procurement lifecycle for RFQ’s and Tenders from requisition to delivery, including document preparation, vendor communication, bid evaluation, and recommendation.

Conduct rigorous market analysis to stay ahead of technological advancements, pricing trends, and new products and Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality or performance.

Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and service providers to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors and manufacturers.

Ensure all procured items meet We One's stringent quality standards and ISO compliance requirements.

Collaborate with the solutions engineering team to understand technical specifications and project requirements.

Resolve any supply chain issues, including delays, shortages, or quality discrepancies, promptly.

Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and relevant UAE regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, and supplier data within the procurement system.

Support the evaluation for the existing suppliers perofrmance and for onboarding of new vendors, ensuring they meet all pre-qualification and compliance checks.

Provide regular reporting on procurement KPIs, savings initiatives, and category performance to management.

4. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel, for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret technical blueprints and schematics for smart solutions (e.g., CCTV, gate barriers, IT infrastructure).
• Knowledge of quality control standards and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP or Oracle Fusion.
• Strong understanding of UAE customs clearance processes and incoterms.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
