Executive Integrity is mandated by a market leading maritime intelligence provider whose Middle East team consistently delivers the highest year on year growth in the organisation. With a remarkably safe renewal base, expanding product suite and aggressive regional targets, they are creating a Key Account Manager role in Dubai. This hire will take ownership of flagship banking and energy relationships and lead new logo growth in Saudi at a pivotal stage in the region’s commercial trajectory.

• Own 12 to 15 of the largest Middle East accounts, blending renewal, upsell and cross sell.
• Take over 8 to 10 strategic relationships from the regional head and turn already healthy books into standout growth stories.
• Design and negotiate complex, creative solution bundles that cut across workflows and defend value under pressure.
• Lead new business development in Saudi, mapping white space and closing high value new logos across priority sectors.
• Serve as a senior commercial voice in the region, influencing strategy through direct exposure to leadership and product.

• Proven record of significantly growing enterprise or key accounts in tech, SaaS or similarly complex solutions.
• Strong commercial intellect, negotiation skills and the creativity to structure deals that align with client and company economics.
• Career trajectory that shows progression from hunting roles into strategic account ownership.
• Relationship driven, culturally aware operator who can build deep trust across the Gulf;
  Arabic language is a strong advantage.
• Target focused mindset with evidence of consistently outperforming.
