As a Consultant, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic, collaborative working environment where experienced consultants mentor you to identify challenges, perform in-depth analysis, and generate insights that shape strategic decisions. This role requires solid problem‑solving skills, end‑to‑end financial modelling, the ability to lead content discussions, and teamwork. You will be part of our Strategy & Transformation team, delivering practical, actionable solutions from strategic planning to hands‑on execution. Our work spans across the Middle East, especially the GCC, and we continue to operate with strong momentum, building on a foundation of consistent performance and meaningful client impact.

This dynamic role is ideal for innovative, collaborative, and motivated students ready to take ownership of project modules and responsibility for full chapters of documents on their own. FTI Consulting is looking to invest in your future by considering you for a full‑time Consultant role, starting in February or September 2026.

Your responsibilities include identifying and structuring complex issues; autonomously conducting accurate and thorough research for client projects and proposals; generating insightful analyses showcasing advanced MS Excel modelling skills; ensuring consistency across all outputs; synthesizing and presenting findings within the larger context; and managing multiple priorities efficiently.

In addition, you will manage project modules with guidance from senior team members, prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently, communicate project statuses, deliver high‑quality outputs within deadlines, and proactively implement feedback to address areas of improvement.

• Current MBA candidate with expected graduation between December 2025 and July 2026.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a highly demanding position with a proven successful career track record. Prior experience in a top‑tier consultancy or professional services environment is highly regarded.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting offices.

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
