Aftersales Intern
Tasks:
- Gaining insights about the Aftersales department daily operations
- Overseeing various activities for the team, including parts pricing, business target calculation, product management and communication
- Personal assistance to the Aftersales leadership team, to support them on strategic topics
- Support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings
- Managing monthly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reporting
- Developing Aftersales reporting (Power BI) defining, implementing and maintaining new analytical use cases
- Building presentations and ad hoc administration to support the team
- Coordinating department meetings, workshops, conferences and events
- From time to time, you will be required to step in and cover our HQ reception desk
Qualifications:
- Passion for cars and interest in Porsche brand
- University studies in Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Excellent oral and written English language skills
- Advanced MS Office Skills (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- IT Skills (Power BI)
- Attention to detail
- Outgoing personality
- Quickness to grasp new tasks
- Independent work style, self-management
- Availability for 6 months

Aftersales Department Overview:
At Porsche, the Aftersales department is responsible for all activities that keep the sold cars in perfect condition for our customers. Our department’s core responsibilities include spare parts supply and turnover, further business development, repair expertise for high voltage, warranty, service excellence, loyalty offers, service marketing and homologation for new cars.
- Full time position
- Fixed term for 6 months
- Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
